Terms

Last updated 13 October 2026

These terms cover the use of demoplanner.com and the Demo Planner service. Using the site means you accept them. A signed order or agreement for a paid plan takes precedence over anything here.

What we do

We turn recordings you send us into branded, narrated decks, organise them into a library, and build demo plans from them. What’s included depends on the plan you buy.

Your content

Your recordings, decks and brand stay yours. You give us permission to process them for the purpose of delivering the service to you, and nothing else. You confirm you have the right to send us what you send, including the right to use anyone’s voice, image or material that appears in it.

Our work

The software, templates and tooling behind Demo Planner stay ours. The decks we build from your content are yours to use however you like.

Fair use

Don’t use the service to break the law, infringe someone’s rights, or send us material you don’t have the right to send. We may suspend an account that does.

Free trials

A free trial is exactly that: a trial. It runs for 14 days, carries no obligation on either side, and we may decline a request.

If you go on to buy, the decks built during your trial are yours and count toward the recordings converted at launch on your plan. If you don’t, your trial library stays open for 30 days after the trial ends so you can download whatever you want to keep, and we then delete it along with the recordings you sent us. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will.

Payment

Setup fees and annual licences are invoiced as set out in your order. Licences cover the term stated there.

Our guarantee

If your library isn’t live within one day of us receiving your recordings, we refund your setup fee. That refund is the full extent of our liability for a late delivery.

Limits

We provide the service as it is. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

Either of us can decline to renew at the end of a term. When you cancel, we send you your decks and PDFs to keep, then delete your recordings and decks within 30 days. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
